$15.00

Join us for an exclusive tour of Koda Energy for SWANA MN/ND Chapter members. The tour is on Thursday, December 5th at 2:00 pm. (Head across the street to Badger Hill Brewing afterwards for the annual member meeting and happy hour!)

Koda Energy is an environmentally friendly energy project owned and operated by Rahr Corporation. Using a suspension boiler for maximum efficiency to burn only renewable products, it runs extremely efficient. Products burned in Koda Energy are primarily agricultural byproducts and clean wood residues. This biomass energy generation provides electrical and thermal energy to Rahr – replacing the use of natural gas, and also provides additional renewable electricity to Xcel Energy to help fulfill their renewable energy requirements.
