In an effort to lead by example, we are committed to integrating sustainability into our events as best as possible. We focus on applying sustainability to menu choices, waste and recycling management, exhibitor best practices, attendee participation, and communications and marketing.

How You Can Participate

Consider contributing to a sustainable conference experience. Here’s what you can do:

  • Bring a reusable water bottle or thermos.

  • Take only what you’ll eat at mealtimes. Consider veggie-forward options.

  • Put bottles and cans on bus trays throughout the event space so they can be recycled back of house.

  • Take pictures of business cards or connect with others via LinkedIn.

  • Carpool.
